Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification Class

Along your Reiki journey of self-discovery and healing, allow yourself to be guided as you immerse your being into new depths of understanding. There are three levels of Reiki classes based on the Usui Lineage offered by High Vibe Healing for you to experience.  These classes combine in-person education, demonstration, practice, and discussion, as well as Reiju attunements (empowerments) at each level, which help your energetic channels open more to Reiki energy.

As you embark on this expedition, you will learn that the system of Reiki is deeply centered on personal practice. In traditional Japanese teachings a certificate of completion is provided to the student to indicate that certain levels of proficiency have been achieved and that the student is just beginning that level of personal practice.

Along the journey you will experience the five elements of the system of Reiki, going deeper at each level. The teachings offered in each class will provide you with a way to enhance your personal growth and assist you as you work on finding peace and balance within yourself. You will be able to integrate what you learn into your personal practice. Those who are interested in helping themselves as well as friends, family, pets, and the Earth with Reiki will benefit greatly from these courses.

Usui Reiki Level 2 Certification Class

Ready to take your Reiki journey to the next level?  Join us for Okuden Reiki Level 2 Certification Class.  As we deepen our inner healing skills, we can continue to bring more healing to ourselves, our loved ones, and to the world.  In this class, you will gain an in-depth understanding of Reiki and how you can integrate this powerful technique into your healing and self-care routine for more balance, health, and well-being.

Okuden means hidden or inner teachings: finding what is hidden inside of you.  As we dive deeper into Reiki, we will learn three symbols and mantras to help us harness and remember the essence of Reiki.  You will receive Attunement/Reiju to Level 2 energy, and you will learn how to do Reiki sessions on yourself and others in-person and via distance.  You will receive a comprehensive manual that will aid you as you explore deeper aspects of Reiki and yourself.

Reiki Level 1 is where every practitioner begins, and it is where we build your foundation together.  Level 2 is open to Reiki 1 graduates. If you completed your Level 1 with me, we will continue on from where we left off. If you trained elsewhere, please reach out and let’s talk. Shoden Reiki Level 1 – First Teachings and Foundation Course:

You will be prepared and empowered to embark on your journey of healing yourself with the teachings, understanding, and techniques that are revealed, discussed, and practiced during the beginning course of study. You will learn how you can share Reiki with friends and family and be given a routine to practice before moving on to Level 2. You will receive Level 1 attunement.

Okuden Reiki Level 2 – Inner Teachings:

Those who are ready to deepen their understanding of Reiki for in-person and distance healing or integrating Reiki into a professional practice will have the knowledge and preparation needed to get started doing so once they have completed Level 2. In Level 2, you will learn the three symbols, mantras, breathing techniques, and additional tools to strengthen your knowledge and connection with Ki (energy). You will receive Level 2 attunement.

Shinpiden Level 3 – Reiki Teacher / Reiki Master – Mystery Teachings:

Those aspiring to take their Reiki practice to an even deeper level, become one with Reiki, and embark to teach others will benefit greatly from Reiki Level 3. In Level 3, you will learn the fourth mantra and symbol, additional techniques, how to perform attunements, and passing the system of Reiki on to others. This class focuses on furthering your personal development so you can advance deeper into your relationship with your spirituality and oneness with Reiki. You will receive Level 3 attunement.

Reiju and Attunements:

At each class, you will receive attunement to that level of Reiki energy. Attunements (Reiju in Japanese) are performed by the Reiki Master Teacher for the student during the Reiki class, and are a means of passing down the essence of Reiki energy from teacher to student. Attunements are also known as empowerments, and are a powerful means to assist in the opening and expansion of energetic channels in the body to facilitate the flow of Ki, life force energy. This process helps the body to experience a clearing and cleansing, helping the energetic self to purge blockages and break through barriers that have outlived their stay.

With the clearing that occurs, recipients will often experience significant self-growth and transformational changes in their energy. This will be at a pace that is appropriate for you; what this means is if your higher self is ready for intense rapid change, you may experience swift and noticeable transformation. If your higher self is more in alignment with gentle and gradual change (think of the slow drip of water into a large reservoir), then that is what Reiki will provide. Reiki is an intelligent life force energy that will always help you in ways that are in alignment with your highest good. Attunements combined with regular Reiki personal practice facilitate profound energy changes within the self over time.
