REIKI
Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing that addresses the root of ailments such as insomnia, aches and pains, emotional and mental distress, and general dis-ease. At High Vibe Healing, we use proven Reiki techniques to channel energy to the parts of your being that need it the most. This channeling allows you to tap into your Higher Self, providing the body with the boost it needs to heal itself and push through obstacles. The result is a journey from a state of dis-ease to a state of deep healing. Reiki treatments can be combined with other therapeutic modalities, such as acupuncture, massage, herbal therapies and western medical treatments.
SOUND BATHS
During a Sound Bath, participants lay down, close their eyes, and go on a sound journey into themselves where vibrational frequencies relax the body and mind while cleansing and clearing chakras, meridians, and energetic pathways, making room for shifts to occur on many levels.
When joining a High Vibe Healing Reiki Sound Bath, it is recommended to bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket. Come and enjoy the healing vibrations of sound as they carry you into a deeper state of being where you can relax and allow shifts to occur on deep energetic levels. Healing energy will be flowing to you from the moment you arrive.
CLASSES AND COACHING – Be Guided
CERTIFICATION CLASSES
Along your journey of self-discovery and healing, allow yourself to be guided as you immerse your being into new depths of understanding. There are three levels of Reiki classes based on the Usui Lineage offered by High Vibe Healing for you to experience. These classes combine in-person education, demonstration, practice, and discussion, as well as Reiju attunements (empowerments) at each level, which help your energetic channels open more to Reiki energy. As you embark on this expedition, you will learn that the system of Reiki is deeply centered on personal practice.
STUDENT COACHING
Once you’ve received a Level 1 Luxunis Activation or taken a Reiki certification class with High Vibe Healing, 1:1 coaching is a wonderful way to further explore your understanding with the guidance of a teacher. Student coaching allows you to dive deeper within your ever evolving self, learning new tools and practices to release the things that no longer serve you, and to anchor and magnify your potential. Coaching is tailored to your needs, and may include guided meditation, practice, discussion, and reflection.
